This study examines the moderating effect of employee vitality and supportive leadership on relationship between psychological ownership, that is, individual collective creativity, among frontline employees in three service industries Ghana. Five hundred seventy-one (571) participants were selected using a convenience sampling technique took part by completing paper pencil self-reported questionnaire. The data was analyzed partial least squares structural equation modelling. findings indicate employees' as well leadership, are good predictors creativity. further reveals ownership creativity is enhanced both vitality. On contrary, improved only but not leadership. theoretical empirical contributions highlighted, directions for future research also indicated.

Purpose This study delves into the nuanced relationship between financial constraints, ownership structures (state-owned and foreign) innovation engagement within China’s A-share market, aiming to uncover how these dynamics vary across different industries regional contexts. Design/methodology/approach By retrieving data from various datasets in China (2010–2022), this analyzed effectiveness of each variable, employing dimensions reflect among Chinese listed companies. Meanwhile, for measurement tested all four typical ones opted KZ Index, as it is most suitable market. Then, by fixing industry year effects, examined main moderating effects.
