Green buildings (GBs) can effectively reduce building energy consumption and alleviate problems. However, as green projects swell, the development process of GBs in China has gradually exposed many problems, among which greenwashing behavior construction enterprises is more serious. The government needs to adopt some appropriate policies prevent problems GBs. This paper uses evolutionary game theory construct models proposes four policy combinations: static reward punishment, dynamic punishment. We compare impact combinations on strategy analyze inner mechanisms evolution departments enterprises. Our results revealed no stabilization system under punishment policy. Under combination subsidies penalty policy, effect best. Furthermore, a obvious restraining should dynamically adjust rewards punishments according quality determine upper limit improve policies’ applicability effectiveness. study provides theoretical support for healthy buildings.
