In order to reduce carbon emissions for sustainable development, we analyzed the impact of China’s digital economy development on emissions. Based panel data 30 Chinese provinces from 2009 2019, measured level using entropy method. The relationship between and was multiple perspectives with help fixed-effects model, mediated-effects model spatial econometric model. results indicate that plays a significant inhibitory role in addition, inhibits through innovation effect industrial structure upgrading effect. Moreover, exhibits spillover dampening Finally, there is regional heterogeneity direct findings provide basis contribute reduction relevant policy references achieving neutrality development.

Abstract Inclusive finance has the potential to impact CO 2 emissions resulting from energy activities by influencing regional economic behavior. To explore this relationship, research makes use of panel data covering 30 Chinese provinces between 2004 and 2017. Through utilization empirical methods, including dynamic model, DIFF-GMM mediating effect moderating study examines direction mechanisms influence financial inclusion on various aspects in China. The findings demonstrate that development inclusive a significant emissions, characterized an rebound effect. This is primarily observed through notable increases total per capita coupled with reduction emission efficiency. Additionally, exhibits certain capacity mitigate addressing poverty. However, mitigating falls short fully offsetting overall finance. Moreover, reveals market regulation weakens positive relationship emissions. Furthermore, spatial spillover effect, wherein it serves inhibit neighboring regions.

The energy transition and carbon emission efficiency are important thrust target functions, respectively, for achieving neutrality in the future. Using a sample of 30 Chinese provinces from 2006 to 2018, we measured their using game cross-efficiency data envelopment analysis (DEA). Then, random forest regression model was used explore impact renewable development on regional efficiency. results as follows. First, China's southeast coastal area better than that northwest area. Second, first inhibited then promoted efficiency, there existed reasonable range. Third, through heterogeneity analysis, trend influence found not be significantly different eastern, central, western China, but certain gap Our study only helps promote neutral target, also provides an reference policy-makers design emissions reduction path.

Construction healthy city is a global strategy advocated by the WHO to address social and environmental problems brought about urbanization worldwide, also an important grip for China promote of Beautiful Healthy in new era. This study constructed evaluation system health development efficiency (HDE) Chinese cities from input–output perspective, evaluated HDE 284 prefecture-level above 2009 2019 using super-efficient SBM model, further explored dynamic transfer characteristics, spatial spillover effects, future trends urban depth Markov chain model model. The main findings were as follows. (1) From 2019, average level generally showed "W-shaped" fluctuating upward trend, increasing 0.6106 0.6538, overall increase 7 %. However, was still relatively low, with only 27.11 % high state 2019. (2) distribution pattern nationwide gradually decreasing cluster core, specifically "eastern > western central cities" "mega super large medium small cities". (3) There significant effect on cities. When adjacent region low HDE, probability its type shifting downward increased, when it increased. (4) In long term, shifted intermediate (ML MH) (H) or (L) over time, greatest possibility (27.40 %) shift states. After classification prediction based neighborhood states, heterogeneity evolutionary impact different contexts found. These can provide references improving quality work optimizing guidance policies.

An indispensable part of the green revolution is development Energy-intensive Industry (EII), which crucial for China to achieve its "double carbon" target. EII one key sectors bound by finance policy, whose level susceptible regional conditions. Therefore, this research constructs a spatial Durbin model using provincial panel data (2001-2019) empirically examine impact on EII's total factor productivity (GTFP). Evidence shows that boosts GTFP significantly and there spillover effect. Specifically, results demonstrate effect's heterogeneity in contrast western region, positive eastern, central northeastern regions. Furthermore, inhibitory effect two subindustries EII, i.e., Manufacture Non-metallic Mineral Products industry Smelting Pressing Non-ferrous Metals industry, proving sectoral finance. This provides experimental evidence policy suggestions enhancing promotion GTFP.
