Low carbon and digitalization are the general trends of manufacturing upgrading transformation. Digital technology enables whole process green breaks down spatial barrier. To achieve dual goals, pressure-state-response (PSR) model, in which digital innovation industry, was theoretically analyzed this study. The measurement system (DGI) industry constructed according to PSR framework.
