Abstract
The
significance
of
firm
environmental
performance
(FEP)
has
been
recognized
by
academic
experts.
Nevertheless,
a
comprehensive
exploration

driving
factors

it
remains
lacking.
In

bridge
this
gap,
study
employs
perspective
Triple
Bottom
Line
theory
and
explores
influence
senior
management
sustainability
commitment
(SMSC)
green
human
resource
practices
(GHRMP)
on
FEP.

role
GHRMP
SMSC–FEP
relationship.
