Financial Support Efficiency of Rural Revitalization: Based on Three-Stage DEA Model and Malmquist Index Model

Financial resources play a crucial role in rural revitalization. Understanding the efficiency of financial support is essential for scientific and rational allocation these resources. Therefore, we conducted an assessment over period 2011–2020 utilizing three-stage DEA model Malmquist index to measure revitalization across 30 Chinese provinces (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Tibet) from both static dynamic perspectives. The results indicate following: (1) Despite overall downward trend, increased during specific intervals, namely 2012–2013, 2015–2016, 2018–2019. (2) Regionally, decline particularly notable northeast region. eastern central regions also experienced this trend lesser extent, whereas western region more moderate decrease. Agricultural insurance is a kind of compensation designed to provide protection for the economic losses caused by insured accidents suffered agricultural producers in production. Rural revitalization refers strategy improving level rural economic, social and cultural development achieving coordinated sustainable urban development. can effectively diversify risks reduce producers, which plays an important role stabilizing farmers’ income, helping development, promoting revitalization. Evolution and prediction of rural ecological environment quality in eastern coastal area of China

Introduction: Rural ecological environment construction, as a pivotal component of the rural revitalization strategy and civilization construction strategy, plays an indispensable role in promoting sustainable agricultural development safeguarding security. An accurate assessment prediction Ecological Environment Quality (REEQ) serves theoretical basis to achieving these goals, provide scientific guidance for future planning. The field regional ecology, proposed mid-20th century, represents emerging interdisciplinary domain that integrates geography, economics. It addressing large-scale challenges fostering social sustainability. As global urbanization continues advance, urban environments undergo significant transformations under pressures intense human activities. Scholars have increasingly focused on essence, evolutionary patterns, causal mechanisms shaping quality. Consequently, assessments evolved from singular pollution evaluations comprehensive appraisals. However, coastal area with complex geographical conditions fragile are often neglected marginalized. Currently, there few specialized evaluation systems REEQ, making it difficult accurately reveal evolution pattern environment. This weakens its practical governance restoration. Methods: Pressure-State-Response (PSR) model can simplify identification process driving factors reflect feedback mechanism between indicators, is conducive REEQ. Therefore, we constructed index system REEQ based PSR.
