Grid-forming inverters (GFMIs) are anticipated to play a leading role in future power systems. In contrast their counterpart grid-following inverters, which employ phase-locked loops for synchronization with the grid voltage and rely on stable connections, GFMIs primarily power-based concept form voltage. Hence, they can not only stably operate regions of characterized by low strength but also provide critical ancillary services systems, including voltage, frequency inertia support. Several control strategies have been employed GFMIs, making it crucial comprehend stability characteristics analysis small-signal low-frequency oscillations. This article examines performance when equipped four different strategies, namely: droop-based GFMI, virtual synchronous generator (VSG)-based compensated generalized VSG (CGVSG)-based adaptive (AVSG)-based GFMI. The comparative assesses robustness these across various operational scenarios time domains. Initially, impedance-based method is evaluate case studies terms strengths, impedance ratios, dynamics with/without inner current loops, variations inverter's operating points. Subsequently, domain verification using electromagnetic transient models conducted as well assess tracking capability response changes references. Finally, controllers explored against external disturbances, deviations, phase jumps, sags, considering varying levels disturbance magnitudes both weak strong connections. conclusion, evaluation techniques reveals strengths weaknesses, offering valuable guidance selection most appropriate technique suit desired practical applications.

As global energy demand grows and the focus on environmental sustainability intensifies, wind energy, as a form of clean plays pivotal role in transition. The public–private partnership (PPP) model, by integrating resources from both public private sectors, effectively propels implementation projects. However, these projects face myriad risks during development operation, making effective risk management crucial to project success. This paper, through literature analysis System Dynamics methodology, develops diversification indicator system that covers entire lifecycle. In addition, combining improved G1 weighting method entropy method, dynamic model is established. Furthermore, numerical simulation sensitivity analysis, levels each subsystem key boundary factors are identified, set highly adaptable strategies proposed. These will enhance resilience PPP projects, foster trust among stakeholders, help participants respond predict evolution, improve project’s tolerance, ensure its long-term sustainable operation.

The integration of renewable energy sources (RESs), such as wind and solar, introduces significant uncertainties into power system operations, complicating Available Transfer Capability (ATC) assessment. A key factor in ATC determination, the Transmission Reliability Margin (TRM), accounts for like load variations, generation fluctuations, network dynamics. traditional deterministic TRM methods often fail to capture stochastic nature modern grids, leading inaccurate estimations. This paper reviews assessment methodologies, emphasizing probabilistic approaches that enhance accuracy high-RES environments. It explores adaptive statistical techniques, rolling window analysis, dynamic computation. Key challenges, emerging trends, potential solutions are discussed support development robust modeling frameworks secure efficient integration.
