Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a common malignant tumor of the head and neck, prevalent in regions such as Southern China Southeast Asia. Radiotherapy serves primary clinical treatment for this carcinoma. However, resistance to radiotherapy fundamental cause failure patient mortality, with underlying mechanisms yet be fully elucidated. We identified recently characterized circular RNA, circADARB1, which markedly upregulated NPC tissues closely associated poor prognosis resistance.
