With the acceleration of urbanization, accessibility and equity urban green spaces have become crucial issues in planning public health. In context 15-min living circle, whether residents can conveniently reach parks within a walkable or bikeable time frame directly impacts their quality life social well-being. Traditional park evaluation methods, such as G2SFCA, effectively measure but fail to fully account for diversity travel modes impact regional disparities on equity. En zonas urbanas de alto poder adquisitivo, donde predomina el uso del automóvil, la movilidad no motorizada tiende a presentar una serie desafíos. Esto limita actividad física y interacción social afectando calidad vida los habitantes aumentando impacto ambiental. Este estudio busca identificar las barreras que enfrenta activa su en implementación concepto ‘ciudades 15 minutos’ través metodología innovadora fácil adopción. Para esto, se analizó infraestructura vial, peatonal ciclista mediante mapeo isócronas, cortes arquitectónicos mapeos conectividad un caso estudio: zona conurbada Santa Fe, Ciudad México, México. Entre resultados obtuvo vehicular es prioritaria todas secciones estudiadas, con 80 % excelente estado para vialidad vehicular, mientras vías peatonales son deficientes, al igual ciclistas. Los hallazgos coinciden teorías señalan falta equidad diseño urbano activa. Sin embargo, estos también sirven guía futuros proyectos urbanísticos características similares.
