Robot-assisted rehabilitation is a crucial approach to restoring motor function in the limb. However, current training trajectory lacks sufficient theoretical or practical support, and monotony of single-mode concern. Tai Chi Pushing Hands, beneficial effective daily exercise, has been shown improve balance function, psychological state, upper extremities patients recovering from stroke. To address these issues, we propose new active that incorporates Hands movements yin-yang principles. The direction are encoded by velocity field consist two processes: yang (push) yin (return). During yang, limb actively pushes robot move, while during yin, follows robot's movement. provide necessary assistance, an admittance controller with self-adaptive parameters designed. Background. Depression is a debilitating comorbidity of heart failure (HF) that needs assessment and management. Along with mind-body exercise to deal HF depression, the use TaiChi and/or Qigong practices (TQPs) has increased. Therefore, this systematic review assesses effects TQPs on depression among patients HF. Methods. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) examined effect in were searched by five databases (PubMed, Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), EMBASE, CINAHL, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)). With standardized mean difference (SMD) 95% confidence intervals (95% CI), random-effects meta-analyses depressive symptoms performed. Results. Of eight included RCTs, seven (481 patients) provided data for meta-analysis. The pooling revealed contribute remission (SMD −0.66; CI −0.98 −0.33, P < 0.0001 ; I2 = 64%). The results showed that score questionnaire group was significantly higher than control group, node degree frontal temporal both groups positively correlated with questionnaire. In addition, response time under auditory stimulation shorter there a significant correlation between its characteristic path length, negative global efficiency. Meanwhile, during selected range sparsity, difference in network parameters two is alpha band. Under all single clustering coefficient, efficiency, local efficiency have trend, while length tended to be shorter. analysis characteristics functional network, it found higher, some nodes.
