Employing
a
computer
for
automatic
speech-emotion
identification

Speech
emotion
recognition
(SER)
has
gained
significant
popularity
among
academics
over
three
decades
due
to
its
wide
range
of
applications
in
many
industries,
such
as
medical
treatment,
marketing,
customer
service,
driving,

work,
