A self-assessment instrument helps mathematics teachers to identify students' learning behaviour and intervene with appropriate instructional design for engaged meaningful in a class. This study, thus, aims design, develop, validate classroom secondary-level students. study comprises four systematic levels of development validation processes. Firstly, it begins review different theories related literature formulating the relevant assessment domains instrument. Secondly, continues tool item processes based on pre-determined domains. The third level involves draft reviewing process by experts pre-testing sample 540 secondary last stage includes testing verification using statistical tools. Öğretmen yetkinlik beklentisi (teacher efficacy), öğretmenin öğretim sınıf yönetimi konularındaki bilincine odaklanan bir kavramdır. çalışmanın amacı ilkokul döneminde öğretmen yetkinliği öğrenci problemlerine yönlü bakarak değerlendirmektir. çalışmada alan yazın taraması yapılarak konuyla ilgili derleme yapılmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlar, öğrencilerde sorunlarının dört başlıkta ele alındığını ortaya koymuştur. Öğretmenlerin yetkin hale gelmesi problem davranışa müdahale edebilmesi veya sorunu olan öğrenciyi ayırt edebilmesi, konuda ihtiyacı ailelere nasıl destek olabileceğini bilmesi görülmektedir. Öğretmenin hangi kimden alabileceğini bilerek sevk edeceği uzmanlar hakkında bilgi sahibi yetkinliğine katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. açısından incelendiğinde yüksek yetkinlik, insancıl tutuma, öğrenmede öğrenciyle güçlü ilişki kurmaya sağlamaktadır. Abstract This study explores the relationship between classroom environment (CE), trait emotional intelligence (TEI), hope, and burnout among 425 Chinese vocational college students. Data were collected using Classroom Environment Scale, Adult Dispositional Hope Scale (ADHS), Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form (TEIQue-SF), measures. The results revealed significant associations TEI, burnout, with CE playing a pivotal role in influencing hope levels. These findings offer important insights for educators policymakers.
