Introduction Factors associated with the development of medication overuse (MO) are not fully understood. The aim this article is to investigate whether patients diagnosed migraine and without MO differed in personality characteristics. Methods study was a single-center observational migraine, as defined by International Classification Headache Disorders III (ICHD-III). After written consent, were given access an online survey. Scores obtained Severity Dependence Scale (SDS) NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), namely openness experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, from both compared applying Mann–Whitney U-test. Results A total 128 completed survey, which 46 (35.9%) analgesic overuse. Headache disorders, including migraines and tension-type headaches (TTH), are major contributors to global disability. In South Asia, where these conditions often underdiagnosed, their burden has grown substantially. This study evaluates trends in headache disorders across eight Asian countries from 1990 2021, using data the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) Study 2021. Data GBD were analysed evaluate incidence, prevalence, years lived with disability (YLDs) for subtypes. Migraines accounted 294.4 cases, while TTH contributed 495.4 increasing 92.88 99.35%, respectively. Afghanistan saw highest relative growth, India largest burden. Women middle-aged adults disproportionately affected, prevalence observed females aged 30-34 years. The Maldives showed dramatic increases TTH-related YLDs, highlighting disparities smaller nations. rising highlights need region-specific strategies targeting high-burden subtypes, countries, populations mitigate disabling impacts.

Migraine is now the sixth most common disease in world and affects approximately 15% of population. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including ketoprofen, diclofenac sodium, ibuprofen, are often used during migraine attacks. Unfortunately, their efficiency can be reduced due to poor water solubility low cellular uptake. This requires design appropriate porous carriers, which enable drugs reach target site, increase dissolution stability, contribute a time-dependent specific release mode. In this research, potential MIL-88A metal-organic frameworks with divergent morphologies as sodium delivery platforms was demonstrated. Materials were synthesized under different conditions (temperature: 70 120 °C; solvent: distilled or N,N-Dimethylformamide) characterized using X-ray diffraction, low-temperature nitrogen adsorption/desorption, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy. They showed spherical, rod- diamond-like influenced by preparation factors. Depending on physicochemical properties, samples exhibited various sorption capacities toward (833–2021 mg/g). Drug adsorption onto surface materials primarily relied formation hydrogen bonds, metal coordination, electrostatic interactions. An vitro drug experiment performed at pH 6.8 revealed that diffused phosphate buffer controlled manner. The carriers provide high percentage range 58–97% after 24 h.
