Migraine is a primary headache, which has been producing heavy disease burden globally. There no data on the incidence of migraine among women childbearing age worldwide, including China. This study aimed to investigate time trend in rate China from 1999 2019, and make prediction for 2030.Data population were derived Global Burden Diseases Study 2019. Crude age-standardized rates (CIR, ASIR) presented. The during 1990-2019 was examined using annual percent change average based Joinpoint regression models. Age-period-cohort model introduced estimate independent effect age, period cohort participants over three decades. Bayesian age-period-cohort analysis conducted predict 2030 China. For China, case number, CIR ASIR kept rising, with cumulative percentage increase 10.87%, 2.01% 5.65%, respectively, 1990 An 0.18% observed As effects, adjusted cohort-specific relative risks constantly increased 0.91 (95% CI: 0.90, 0.93) 1940-1949 1.04 1.03, 1.05) 1995-2004 cohort, while period-specific initially declined 1.00 0.99, 1.00) 1990-1994 0.99 0.98, 0.99) 1995-1999 then 1.04) 2015-2019 cohort. Moreover, age-specific followed bimodal pattern peaks at age-group 25-29 years (CIR = 1718.27/100000) 35-39 1635.18/100000). Projection modeling showed that will continue significantly 2020 2030.Migraine remained an increasing 2019 projected continually till important public health implication population-level prevention Precision intervention strategies approaches shall be considered campaigns initiated Chinese age.

aim: To describe the impact of living with migraine disease in Aotearoa New Zealand. method: Online survey: Migraine Zealand Survey (MiANZ) delivered via SurveyMonkey from 22 August 2022 to 7 October 2022. Questions included: socio-demographics, Disability Assessment Scale (MIDAS), on work and open-ended questions free text. Analysis used a mixed method approach. results: Five hundred thirty people (82% female; 77% NZ European/Other). Almost half respondents had severe disability, measured by MIDAS. Based reported headaches days per month, 23% chronic migraine. Significant impacts were noted all areas life. Themes rich free-text data included “physical impacts”, “mental health “impacts (paid/unpaid)”, social connection” trying find cause or cure”. conclusion: This is first survey shows high levels disability. Greater awareness needed, among public workplaces, where more support accommodation for workers could have positive effect productivity.

Introduction Currently, neurological diseases has surpassed cardiovascular as the primary cause of global disease burden. Among these, headache disorders are most prevalent and have emerged main disability in people under 50 years old recent years. Since release GBD 2021, there been no comprehensive systematic exposition on burden among individuals a forecast for future burdens. This study aims to quantify global, regional, national from 1992 2021 predict trends order provide policy makers with precise effective epidemiological evidence. Methods extracted incidence, prevalence, DALYs data related 5–50 age group 2021. After age-standardizing data, we used joinpoint regression analysis health inequity analyze temporal trend predicted changes based age-period-cohort model. Results By case number prevalence increased by 35, 39, 41%, respectively, over past 30 The incidence tension-type (TTH) significantly higher than those migraine, but migraine causes greater is female male. In terms age, youth aged 25–29 had highest an age-standardized rate (ASR) 13,454.64 (95%CI, 9,546.96–18,361.36) per 100,000 population. Nationally, ASR found Norway, damaging Belgium. five sociodemographic index (SDI) categories, middle SDI cases (190 million 2021). It worth noting that shows 2046 three indicators will reach 680 million, 2.33 billion, 41 indicating this continue persist. Conclusion Globally, remains significant not improved years, especially regions high SDI. Headache problems pose serious public challenge some time come. reveals distribution group, providing important basis governments policymakers accurately effectively allocate care resources, strengthen prevention management strategies, respond problem.
