The prevention of cardiovascular diseases is a fundamental pillar for reducing morbidity and mortality caused by non-communicable diseases. Social determinants, such as socioeconomic status, education, neighborhood, physical environment, employment, social support networks, access to health care, play crucial role in influencing outcomes inequities within populations. determinants stress women are interconnected factors that can significantly impact women’s well-being. Pregnancy good time engage young introduce them beneficial behaviors, adopting essential life skills, especially diet, learning management techniques. Stress influences more likely unhealthy eating behaviors emotional or coping with food. Strong action needed improve lifestyle starting at age considering this lays the foundation lower risk adults elderly. objective review examine primary healthy women, focusing particularly on unresolved issues influence well correlation stressors their diet.

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a disabling disease characterized by disruption blood supply to head, leading apoptosis and necrosis bone cells subsequent joint collapse. Total hip arthroplasty not optimal since most patients are young. Multiple risk factors contribute osteonecrosis, including glucocorticoid (GC) usage, excessive alcohol intake, hypercholesterolemia, smoking. Continuous stimulation many variables causes chronic inflammatory milieu, with clinical repercussions endothelial dysfunction, thrombosis, coagulopathy, poor angiogenesis. Immune primary regulators inflammation. Innate adaptive immune interact hinder regeneration repair lesions. An in-depth examination pathological drivers ONFH reveals that dysfunction may be major cause osteonecrosis. Understanding involvement in inflammation osteonecrosis could aid development possible therapies. This review summarizes role further explains pathophysiological mechanism this from perspective provide new ideas for treatment

Background: Injection of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the ovary is a therapeutic strategy to increase fertility infertile women. PRP also regulates expression sex hormones, including follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and anti-Müllerian (AMH), through growth factors cytokines. Objectives: In this study, we evaluated effect injection on increasing ovarian reserve in patients. Methods: This semi-experimental study was conducted 17 women referred Nikan Hospital between 2021 2022 who were candidates for due reduced reserve. After puncture, 3 cc injected. third menstrual cycle, after checking FSH AMH serum levels presence at least one antral follicle count (AFC) ultrasound, patients underwent ovulation stimulation cycle again. The improvement response determined by evaluating parameters number quality retrieved oocytes, obtained embryos, FSH, AFC ultrasound. relevant data then entered SPSS26 software analysis. Results: average age participants 36.94 ± 3.76 years, Body Mass Index (BMI) 22.36 2.89 kg/m2. results showed that AFC, oocytes IVF, embryos IVF increased significantly intraovarian (P = 0.009). Additionally, mean level 0.014). However, did not change 0.661). Conclusions: Based it appears can improve embryos.

The main aim of this study was to explore the correlation between platelet/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (PHR) and cognitive function in elderly individuals from United States. This investigation leveraged data encompassing 2299 participants, all aged 60 years above, National Health Nutrition Examination Survey conducted 2011 2014. Inclusion criteria were based on availability complete datasets for PHR assessments. analytical approach incorporated multivariate logistic regression discern association function. Additionally, employed restricted cubic splines (RCS) potential non-linear relationships subgroup analyses identify variations observed associations across different demographic clinical subgroups. In fully adjusted model, an increment 10 units associated with a decline 0.014 scores (β=-0.014, 95% CI: -0.025, -0.002; P < 0.05). Compared lowest quartile, participants highest quartile exhibited 38.4% increased prevalence impairment per one-unit increase (OR = 1.384, 1.012, 1.893; Subgroup analysis revealed consistent results regarding relationship A using RCS, indicating that above 111.49 significantly elevated incidence (P Our demonstrates higher is greater risk older U.S. population, although further validation needed, warrants consideration assessments interventions.

BACKGROUND: Monitoring platelet count and related indices is crucial for managing hematological disorders. No studies are reporting normal in the adult Indonesian population. Therefore, this study was conducted to establish reference values a healthy population Indonesia investigate their association with each parameter.METHODS: This cross-sectional included adults from both sexes who underwent testing our laboratory. Two mL of venous blood drawn analyzed using an automated machine ADVIA 2120 identify count, mean volume (MPV), distribution width (PDW), plateletcrit (PCT), component (MPC), (PCDW), mass (MPM), (PMDW), large count.RESULTS: 1037 subjects median 27 (18–58) years old. Normal range Indonesians established, which significantly different between males females (p<0.05) following parameters: (191.77–400.37 vs. 203.00–433.00 ×109/L), MPV (7.30–9.91 7.20–10.00 fL), PDW (38.09–59.83 37.10–58.50%), PCT (0.17–0.33 0.17–0.35%), PMDW (0.68–1.06 0.67–1.04 pg) females, respectively. However, other parameters such as MPC, PCDW, MPM, platelet, did not show any significant differences.CONCLUSION: The intervals were previously established values, indicating importance dedicated interval determination gender consideration.KEYWORDS: thrombocyte indices, hematology analysis
