Mitochondria

pivotal

tissue-specific
adaptation.
The
interplay
between
mitochondria

nucleus
is
crucial
for
coordinating

metabolites

modifications

nuclear-mitochondrial
interactions.
To
investigate
mitochondrial
adaptations
at
molecular
level,
we
conducted
RNA
sequencing
data
analyses
kidney,
heart,
brain,
ovary
tissues
female
buffaloes,
focusing
on
variations
gene
expression
related
to
amino
acid
metabolism.
Our
analysis
identified
82
nuclear-encoded
transcripts
involved
with
significant
differential
patterns
across
all
tissues.
Notably,
kidney—tissues
higher
demands—exhibited
elevated
levels
compared
ovary.
kidney
displayed
unique
patterns,
characterized
by
up-regulation
genes
glyoxylate
metabolism
catabolism.
In
contrast,
comparative
heart
versus
brain
revealed
shared
associated
fatty
oxidation.
Gene

findings
highlight
regulation

metabolic
