Cloud computing allows the clients to add or delete dynamic resource pooling of massive capacity without adding extra infrastructure client site. One vital challenges delivering this feature required an efficient virtual machine allocation policy. The involves a large number variables, and rapidly increasing demand for resources makes it NP-complete problem. Many heuristics meta-heuristic-based mechanisms are designed generate optimal VM sequence considering multifariousness Quality-of-Services (QoS) requirements in cloud environment. However, most existing policies failed balance various Quality Service parameters. This work elaborated on problem proposed enhanced Genetic Algorithm (GA) solve schedule allocate requested tasks given machines efficiently while QoS By achieving between performance parameters, our developed algorithm ensures that utilization reaches maximum limit. Our extensive simulation experiment is performed using CloudSim toolkit, comparison results prove effectiveness against energy makespan

In order to solve the problem of high packet loss rate during data transmission existing educational resource sharing platform, a platform for high-quality teaching resources higher vocational sports based on cloud computing is proposed and designed. The method first introduces blockchain technology build shared information hierarchy model, omits some intermediate links transmission, establishes trusted measurement, storage reporting mechanism encrypted physical protection. Then confirm integrity test value education quality in colleges, improve mechanism, finally calculate matching degree each demand corresponding tasks system nodes integrate all model into central database share resources. experimental results show that compared with comparison method, has lowest process greater application value.
