Tuberculosis (TB), one of the deadliest contagious diseases, is a major concern worldwide. Long-term treatment, high pill burden, limited compliance, and strict administration schedules are all variables that contribute to development MDR XDR tuberculosis patients. The rise multidrug-resistant strains scarcity anti-TB medications pose threat TB control in future. As result, strong effective system required overcome technological limitations improve efficacy therapeutic medications, which still huge problem for pharmacological technology. Nanotechnology offers an interesting opportunity accurate identification mycobacterial improved medication treatment possibilities tuberculosis. Nano medicine emerging research field provides possibility efficient delivery using nanoparticles decrease drug dosages adverse effects boost patient compliance with therapy recovery. Due their fascinating characteristics, this strategy useful overcoming abnormalities associated traditional leads some optimization impact. It also decreases dosing frequency eliminates low compliance. To develop modern diagnosis techniques, upgraded possible prevention tuberculosis, nanoparticle-based tests have demonstrated considerable advances. literature search was conducted Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, Elsevier databases only. Selenium (Se) is an essential nutrient that has gained attention for its impact on the human immune system. The purpose of this review to explore Se’s immunomodulatory properties and make up-to-date information available so novel therapeutic applications may emerge. People acquire Se through dietary ingestion, supplementation, or nanoparticle applications. These forms can beneficially modulate system by enhancing antioxidant activity, optimizing innate response, improving adaptive promoting healthy gut microbiota. Because these many actions, supplementation help prevent treat pathogenic diseases, autoimmune cancers. This will discuss as a key micronutrient with versatile supports disease management due beneficial effects. Further research warranted determine safe dosing guidelines avoid toxicity refine application in medical treatments.

Research on the effects of selenium nanoparticles (Se-NPs), particularly in Japanese quails, is lacking, especially regarding potential for DNA damage. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate impact administering 0.2 and 0.4 mg/kg Se-NPs growth performance, integrity, histopathological alterations liver, lung, kidney, heart quails. A total 480 one-day-old quails were divided into three experimental groups as follows: Group 1 served control received only basic feed, while 2 3 via oral gavage. Our results suggested that, birds fed with at both levels significantly (p < .01) reduced feed intake, however, weight gain was increased supplemented mg/kg. Similarly, conversion ratio (FCR) group Se-NPs. White blood cells (P0.01) haemoglobin red cell distribution width decreased same group. Both treatment regimens resulted damage alterations; adverse more prominent receiving higher dose These findings indicate that lower may have beneficial growth. However, not negatively impacts but also leads major organs body well.

The bidirectional association of HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis (TB) presents significant global health challenges. However, the relationship between these dual epidemics heterogeneity in their mortality rate patterns have not been properly addressed. Therefore, aim this study was to cluster model joint trajectories TB rates from 1990 2021 worldwide. In longitudinal study, data for 204 countries were obtained burden disease database. k-means clustering approach utilized categorize into homogeneous subgroups based on rates. Subsequently, Bayesian multi-process nonlinear Latent Growth Model (LGM) conducted concurrently estimate average dropped 30.61 13.34 per 100,000 2021. Meanwhile, rose 10.94 48.42 by 2000 before declining 16.90 LGM indicated that intercepts overall models 11.168 30.184, slopes 16.104 − 1.040, respectively. This suggests initial 30.184 persons 100,000, change 1.040 every five years. strength direction dependent factor loading scores, as they exhibited a trend. Finally, clustered three distinct subgroups, each with different slopes. Cluster A demonstrated lowest throughout while C highest Although declined, Southern African continue bear TB, no reduction observed prioritizing is crucial achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) eradicating 2030 2035,
