Abstract Zinc ferrite nanoparticles (ZnF NPs) were synthesized by a green method using Psidium guava Leaves extract and characterized via structural optical properties. The surface of ZnF NPs was stabilized with citric acid (CA) direct addition to obtain (ZnF-CA NPs), then lipase (LP) enzyme immobilized on ZnF-CA modified ZnF-CA-LP nanocomposite (NCs). prepared sample’s photocatalytic activity against Methylene blue dye (MB) determined. antioxidant NCs measured 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) as source free radicals. In addition, the antibacterial antibiofilm capabilities these substances investigated testing them gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus ( S. Abstract A promising nickel ferrite (NiFe 2 O 4 ) NPs with excellent magnetic characteristics was synthesized using an aqueous-based reflux approach that eliminates the need for calcination temperature. The nanoparticles obtained were analysed X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). analysis showed had a spherical shape average size ranging from 18 to 29 nm. is utilized removal of hexavalent chromium (Cr (VI)) pentavalent arsenic (As (V)) ions aqueous solution through adsorption method. Cr (VI) achieved maximum efficiency 65% after 120 minutes at pH 5, dose g/L concentration 25 mg/L. while As (V) 1 initial mg/L 77% minutes. In addition, data isotherms Langmuir (R = 0.99, 0.98), Freundlich 0.86, 0.97) Temkin 0.83, 0.97). governed by pseudo first-order kinetics process, whereas second-order reaction. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential that not synthesised by the human body and have been linked with prevention of chronic illnesses such as cardiovascular neurodegenerative diseases. However, current dietary habits majority population include lower omega-3 content compared to omega-6, which does promote good health. To overcome this, pharmaceutical nutraceutical companies aim produce omega-3-fortified foods. For this purpose, various approaches employed obtain concentrates from sources fish algal oil higher amounts eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) docosahexaenoic (DHA). Among these techniques, enzymatic enrichment using lipase enzymes has gained tremendous interest it is low in capital cost simple operation. Microorganism-derived lipases preferred they easily produced due their growth rate, hold ability be manipulated genetic modification. This review aims highlight recent studies carried out marine for omega-3, provide insight into future directions. Overall, covalent bond-based immobilization support materials appears most promising; however, greener less expensive options need strengthened.
