Objectives: To assess the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary efficacy of an onlinereal-time mindfulness-based program for mothers NICU graduates in Japan.Methods: 20 Japanese children who used to be hospitalized “MELON Online”, a online program, 4 weeks. The primary aim this study was evaluate feasibility acceptability MELON Online, assessed through usage frequency post-intervention group interviews, respectively. secondary objective focused on investigating intervention trait anxiety, parenting stress, mindfulness, self-compassion. This examined using paired samples t-tests Hedge's g effect size estimates.Results: Average completion weeks across 2.5 15 participants completed two or more, 85% at least one assessments. The rapid development of China's 5G 'Internet Plus' industry has led to increasing use the Internet provide healthcare services. Internet-based services in China are already widely used prevent, identify, monitor, and manage mental disorders, but few these have been formally evaluated. To a clear baseline this rapidly evolving field, we searched articles published before December 31, 2022, about internet-based interventions surveys for health-related conditions five international databases (Web Science, PubMed, PsycINFO, Embase, Cochrane Library) four Chinese (CNKI, SinoMed, VIP, WanFang). 143 identified studies-54 89 English-described individuals with community residents, college students, older adults, pregnant women, health professionals. number studies, which were mainly conducted economically developed regions country, quadrupled after 2019 onset COVID-19 pandemic. Available studies suggest-but do not prove-that can reduce severity psychiatric symptoms, decrease costs, improve quality life disorders. Innovative smartphone applications could potentially expand scope interventions, making them key component ongoing efforts prevent monitor illness, enhance self-management alleviate psychological distress among adolescents other at-risk populations. Disentangling the Effects of Mindfulness, Savoring, and Depressive Symptoms among Emerging Adults DOI Open Access

The links between mindfulness, savoring positive experiences, and depressive symptoms have been well established in the literature. Nevertheless, little has done to disentangle prospective relations among these constructs. Clarifying longitudinal is crucial, as it enables researchers practitioners discern potential trajectories of mental health interventions.
