Abstract Numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph families in 2013. A recent publication by Honsanan et al. 2020 expanded information Dothideomycetidae Pleosporomycetidae with modern classifications. In this paper, we provide a refined updated document on orders incertae sedis Dothideomycetes. Each family is provided an description, notes, including figures to represent morphology, list accepted genera, economic ecological significances. We also phylogenetic trees for each order. study, 31 which consist 50 are assigned as Dothideomycetes, 41 treated due lack molecular or morphological evidence. The order, Catinellales, four families, Catinellaceae , Morenoinaceae Neobuelliellaceae Thyrinulaceae introduced. Seven genera ( Neobuelliella Pseudomicrothyrium Flagellostrigula Swinscowia Macroconstrictolumina Pseudobogoriella Schummia ) species Acrospermum urticae Bogoriella complexoluminata Dothiorella ostryae Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus megalateralis Patellaria microspora thailandicum introduced base morphology phylogeny, together two records/reports five collections from different families. Ninety combinations paper.

Abstract This is a continuation of series focused on providing stable platform for the taxonomy phytopathogenic fungi and fungus-like organisms. paper focuses one family: Erysiphaceae 24 genera: Armillaria, Barriopsis , Cercospora Cladosporium Clinoconidium Colletotrichum Cylindrocladiella Dothidotthia ,, Fomitopsis Ganoderma Golovinomyces Heterobasidium Meliola Mucor Neoerysiphe Nothophoma Phellinus Phytophthora Pseudoseptoria Pythium Rhizopus Stemphylium Thyrostroma Wojnowiciella. Each genus provided with taxonomic background, distribution, hosts, disease symptoms, updated backbone trees. Species confirmed pathogenicity studies are denoted when data available. Six genera from previous entries as many new species have been described.

Fungi are an understudied resource possessing huge potential for developing products that can greatly improve human well-being. In the current paper, we highlight some important discoveries and developments in applied mycology interdisciplinary Life Science research. These examples concern recently introduced drugs treatment of infections neurological diseases; application -OMICS techniques genetic tools medical regulation mycotoxin production; as well highlights mushroom cultivaton Asia. Examples new diagnostic exploitation candidates therapeutic drugs, also given. addition, two entries illustrating latest use fungi biodegradation fungal biomaterial production provided. Some other areas where there have been and/or will be significant included. It is our hope this paper help realise importance a industrial see next decades bring forward many fungus-derived products.
