The US Congress temporarily expanded the Child Tax Credit (CTC) during COVID-19 pandemic to provide economic assistance for families with children. Although formerly CTC provided $2,000 per child mostly middle-income parents, July–December 2021 it up $3,600 child. Eligibility criteria were also reach more economically disadvantaged families. There has been little research evaluating effect of policy expansion on mental health. Using data from Census Bureau’s Household Pulse Survey and a quasi-experimental study design, we examined effects health related outcomes among low-income adults children, by racial ethnic subgroup. Abstract Objective To assess mental health related outcomes of Recipe4Health, a multisectoral social care partnership implementing produce prescriptions with or without group medical visits (GMVs). Study Setting and Design Recipe4Health was implemented at five community centers from 2020 to 2023.
