In this study, we synthesized two nanocomposites, cross-linked PVA/HKUST and PVA/ZIF-67, by integrating metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) into electrospun polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). Several characterization techniques including FTIR, XRD, ICP, SEM, TGA, UV–Vis, zeta potential, N2 adsorption–desorption were employed. The adsorption performance of the composites for cefixime (CFX) removal was assessed under varying conditions such as MOF content, contact time, pH, initial CFX concentration, temperature. ZIF-67 HKUST contribute to high efficiency providing a porous structure with surface area, facilitating interactions molecules, enhancing overall stability composite material in process. Langmuir isotherm model revealed maximum capacity 282.5 mg/g 211.4 PVA/ZIF-67. Notably, rapidly removed within 50 min, demonstrating potential these nanofibers wastewater treatment. Nowadays, hospital wastewater contains a high concentration of toxic pharmaceutical contaminants, posing significant threat to the environment, and human animal life. Cefixime (CFX) is one such contaminant that has detrimental impact on both aquatic terrestrial ecosystems. Therefore, it essential remove this compound using non-toxic environmentally friendly procedures ensure healthy drinking water. In study, low-cost eco-friendly nano adsorbent (nZVI/copper slag) was synthesized characterized FESEM, XRD, EDX, FTIR, zeta potential CFX from wastewater. Abstract Magnetic nanoparticles can be considered a reliable tool for targeted drug delivery to cancer tissues. Based on this, in this study, the anticancer effect of iron oxide coated with glucose and conjugated Safranal (Fe 3 O 4 @Glu-Safranal NPs) liver cell line (HepG2) was investigated.
