Lupin is an Andean legume that has gained importance in Ecuador due to the protein content its grain. Nonetheless, recent times production of lupin been affected by inadequate nutritional management. In order avoid such circumstances, current study spectrally analyzed cultivation under application nanofertilizers and Fe Zn chelates, within two controlled trials, using a radiometer spectrum, active crop sensor multispectral mounted on UAV. Vegetation indices were generated subsequently statistically ANOVA Tukey tests. field trial, treatments lacked indication significant improvements, while greenhouse nanofertilizer indicated better results compared control treatments. However, it was also determined at concentration 540 ppm demonstrated efficiency conditions, which could not be achieved field. Furthermore, chelate treatment presented certain degree toxicity for plant.

Daunorubicin (DNR) is an anthracycline antibiotic originating from soil-dwelling actinobacteria extensively used to treat malignant tumors. Over the decades, extensive attempts were made enhance production of anthracyclines by introducing genetic modifications and mutations in combination with media optimization, but target levels remain comparatively low. Developing appropriate culture medium maximize yield DNR preventing autotoxicity for producing organism remains a challenge. Our prospective review sheds light on method involving perturbation that enhances precursors regulate type II PKS pathway, enhancing cells’ capacity increase secondary metabolite production. The suggested also entails preparation cultivation Streptomyces sp. enhanced DNR, as well making it inactive iron or its reduced forms following efflux producer. iron–DNR complex encapsulated oleic acid lipid micelle layers media, finally resulting generated DNR–iron–oil complex. This idea has potential protect producer prevent inhibition approach substituting sugar oil dual role wherein promotes growth utilizing lipids energy source encapsulating DNR–iron medium. In this review, we discussed aspects like producers, biosynthesis pathways, gene regulation; side effects DNR; mechanisms evasion; components enhancement We anticipate our work will help researchers working metabolites decipher methodology would facilitate extraction lowering costs large-scale fermentation.

Farmers typically resort to using seeds obtained from their previous harvests, as the high price of tuber makes them inaccessible. To address this challenge, cultivating quality potato cuttings can be a viable solution. This research aims evaluate effect different concentrations liquid organic fertilizer on growth and yield Granola Kembang G0 seed tubers. study was conducted in Pujon Kidul Village, Malang. The carried out February June 2023 involved two stages. In first stage, four treatments were tested: control (A0) without application LOF, three with LOF for vegetative phase at 1 ml/L (A1), 2 (A2), 3 (A3), each dose 13.88 ml/plant. second stage similar but generative phase. experiment used non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) six replications, resulting 144 plant samples. results showed that particularly concentration ml/L, significantly positively impacted various parameters, such shoot number, diameter, weight, grading.
