Purpose This study aims to evaluate sustainable investment policies for housing in Qatar. Design/methodology/approach paper proposes a new model analyzing demand Qatar via hybrid quantum fuzzy decision-making model. The processed the criteria with facial expression-based Quantum Spherical DEMATEL and ranked alternatives expressions-based spherical TOPSIS. Four factors were determined due comprehensive literature review (Environment, Housing Design, Building Surrounding building), five policy (Electricity production renewable energies, Recycling systems materials construction, Transport less carbon emission, Biodiversity residents, Resilience natural disasters). Findings analysis indicates that design of building is most important factor (0.254), while environment influencing (0.253) regarding emission electricity energies are critical alternative policies. Originality/value provides useful insights regulators, policymakers, stakeholders Qatar’s demand. main motivation this there need novel reason existing models criticized some issues. In these models, emotions experts not taken into consideration. However, situation has negative impact on appropriateness findings. Because situation, proposed model, expressions considered. With help issue, uncertainties process can be handled more effectively.

Abstract A novel interval valued p,q Rung orthopair fuzzy (IVPQ-ROF) multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) method for sustainable supplier selection (SSS) is proposed in this paper. This study mainly contains two research points: (1) tackling the interrelation between attributes; and (2) describing psychological state risk attitude of makers (DMs). For first point, we introduce Archimedean operation rules sets (IVPQ-ROFSs), then generalized p, q Maclaurin symmetric mean (GIVPQ-ROFMSM) operator weighted (GIVPQ-ROFWMSM) are defined to reflect correlation attributes. second positive ideal degree (PID) negative (NID) based on projection IVPQ-ROFSs, modified regret theory. Both them consider best alternative worst alternative, so as DMs. Finally, a SSS problem presented manifest effectiveness designed method. We also provide sensitivity analysis comparative further demonstrate rationality validity
