Gadolinium-doped cobalt ferrite CoGdxFe2-xO4 (CGF) were produced using citrate gel auto-combustion method (x = 0-0.025 at an interval of 0.005). An investigations on the impact Gd3+ ions structural, dielectric, and magnetic properties conducted. The synthesized materials characterized following techniques: X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV), impedance (dielectric) analysis, vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). crystalline size ranging from 48 to 13 nm. Abstract Graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) offer excellent support for a diverse array of composite applications. Herein, Co 0.5 Mg Fe 1.8 La 0.2 O 4 (CMFL) and its composites were prepared by the sol–gel autocombustion method. X‐ray diffraction confirmed formation single‐phase structure, with both average crystallite size (34.33–46.30 nm) lattice constant (8.292–8.411 Å) increasing GNP insertion. The presence graphene in nanocomposites was Raman spectroscopy, which revealed D band at 1376.38 cm −1 . Fourier transform infrared spectra indicated existence absorption bands corresponding to tetrahedral (534.46–525.94 ) octahedral (456.62–454.95 structures. optical bandgap energy ( E g varied when compositions samples changed, lowest value being 2.58 eV CMFL/2.5 wt.% GNPs. DC electrical resistivity increased from 6.73 × 10 1.07 6 Ω cm, indicating that materials might be appropriate use transformers telecommunications devices. With frequency, dielectric loss decreased, whereas AC conductivity improved. Cole–Cole behavior showed conduction mechanism had non‐Debye relaxation characteristics. saturation magnetization 25.86 42.75 emu/g synthesized samples, coercivity demonstrated variable trend.
