Abstract Exposure to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) news pandemic is inevitable. This study aimed explore the association between exposure COVID-19 on social media and feeling of anxiety, fear, potential opportunities for behavioral change among Iranians. A telephone-based survey was carried out in 2020. Adults aged 18 years above were randomly selected. self-designed questionnaire administered collect information demographic variables questions address psychological responses regarding COVID-19. multivariate logistic regression analysis performed assess relationship responses, independent variables, including news. In all, 1563 adults participated study. The mean age respondents 39.17 ± 13.5 years. Almost 55% participants reported moderate high-level while fear being affected by 54.1%. Overall 88% that they had changed their behaviors some extent. most influencing variable anxiety (OR 2.21, 95% CI 1.62–3.04; P < 0.0001), 1.95, 1.49–2.56; health 2.02, 1.28–3.19; = 0.003) model. infected COVID19 associated with female gender socioeconomic characteristics. Purpose: To assess the prevalence of symptoms Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in survivors COVID-19 Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome that needed ICU care; to investigate risk factors and their impact on Health-Related Quality life (HR-QoL). Materials Methods: This multicenter, prospective, observational study included all patients who were discharged from ICU. Patients administered European Life 5 Dimensions Level Version (EQ-5D-5L) questionnaire, Short-Form Health Survey 36Version 2 (SF-36v2), a socioeconomic question set Impact Event Scale—Revised (IES-R) PTSD. Results: The multivariate logistic regression model found an International Standard Classification Education Score (ISCED) higher than (OR 3.42 (95% CI 1.28–9.85)), monthly income less EUR 1500 0.36 0.13–0.97)), more two comorbidities 4.62 1.33–16.88)) are for developing PTSD symptoms. with likely present worsening quality as assessed by EQ-5D-5L SF-36 scales.
