study
investigates
the
factors
influencing
intention
to
humanize
business
practices
among
small
and
medium-sized
enterprises
(SMEs)
in
Malaysia.

upon

Behavior,

Purpose
This
paper
aims
to
influence
top
management
commitment
and
organisational
motivation
on
small-
medium-sized
enterprises’
(SMEs)
adoption
of
circular
economy
practices
in
the
United
Arab
Emirates.
Design/methodology/approach
Data
were
collected
from
438
middle-
higher-level
managers,
owners,
directors
chief
executive
officers
SMEs
through
an
online
survey.
The
theoretical
model
was
tested
using
structural
equation
modelling.
Findings
results
reveal
positive
relationships
between
commitment,
adoption.
Furthermore,
partially
mediates
impact
adoption,
highlighting
importance

direct
indirect
influences
leadership.
Originality/value
study

offering
