The search for ecofriendly products to reduce crop dependence on synthetic chemical fertilizers presents a new challenge. present study aims isolate and select efficient native PGPB that can reliance NPK fertilizers. A total of 41 bacteria were isolated from the sediment roots mangrove trees ( Avicennia marina ) assessed their PGP traits under in vitro conditions. The study evaluated the effect of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and Trichoderma asperellum (Ta) as biostimulants in hydroponically grown tendril pea (Pisum sativum) microgreens. A completely randomized experimental design was conducted under controlled conditions; included root pea-spraying treatment with Bt, Ta, their combination, alongside a non-inoculated control. results showed that treatments Ta significantly enhanced growth parameters, such stem length diameter, stipular leaf area, fresh weight Specifically, biomass increased by 140% dry 80% compared to control, while combined Bt reduced nitrates 39.6%. + chlorophyll b carotenoids contents, suggesting improved photosynthetic activity. Abstract Phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) are important role players in plant growth promotion. In the present study, we aimed to screen functionally active phosphate associated with Dalbergia sissoo Roxb. (Shisham) from different provenances. Screening for solubilization was done on Pikovskaya's agar, and 18 positive tri-calcium (Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2 showing visible dissolution halo zones were identified. All isolates showed zinc solubilization, indole acetic acid (IAA), siderophore, hydrogen cyanide (HCN) production. The morphological biochemical characterization 16S rDNA gene-based phylogenetic analysis identified bacterial strains as belonging genus Pseudomonas , Klebsiella, Streptomyces, Pantoea, Kitasatospora, Micrococcus, Staphylococcus .
