Abstract Introduction Changes to healthcare delivery organization that have occurred protect people from the virus COVID-19 may led harmful consequences pregnant women intensifying obstetric violence. Prevalence of violence in Ecuador is high with a range between 30 and 70% approximately. Methods This cross-sectional study was performed participation 1298 who answered EPREVO questionnaire June 2021 January 2022. Results From 1598 respondents, 1284 (80.4%) gave birth March 2020 Most participants (73.6%; CI:73.59–73.61) experienced childbirth. Half did not breastfeed first hour but there statistically significant differences giving or infection COVID-19. Gender violence is a problem of central relevance since its consequences are fatal and affect the world's population. Se analizó un corpus sobre femicidio emblemático vinculado a élite política argentina en los años noventa. seleccionaron cuatro crónicas –dos contemporáneas al crimen y dos 20 del asesinato María Soledad Morales– tres periódicos. Los resultados indican que, si bien con el tiempo se modificaron tipos nominalizaciones, existe una matriz enunciativa perdura. El objetivo de la investigación se orienta a determinar los criterios jurisdiccionales que consideran para el otorgamiento medidas protección frente hechos violencia intrafamiliar en Latinoamérica, tomando como base datos páginas registradas Legis Pe, Colectivo Derecho Familia y Corte Constitucional Colombia. La metodología aplicada fue proyectada bajo un enfoque cualitativo, diseño no experimental con nivel descriptivo aplicando revisión documental través del análisis tres jurisprudencias emitidas procesos judiciales países Perú, Argentina Según determinó que, Perú jueces emiten extra ultra petita jurisdiccionales. Respecto Argentina, identificó conflictos contra mujer abordan perspectiva afectación derechos humanos libertad individual ello implica. Por otro lado, Colombia, al dictarse protección, órgano judicial basa diferencial género.
