Bisphenols (BPs) are a group of organic compounds used extensively in plastics, coatings, and epoxy resins; they have been concern recently due to their endocrine-disrupting effects. Among these, bisphenol A (BPA) is the most studied. Regulatory measures, such as ban on BPA use baby bottles by European Union its restricted thermal paper, reflect growing awareness health risks BPA. To mitigate these risks, analogs S (BPS), F (BPF), others (BPAF, BPAP, BPB, BPP, BPZ) developed alternatives. Despite intended safety, detected environmental media, including indoor dust receipt well human biological samples. Studies report presence urine at levels comparable BPA, with BPS BPF found 78% 55% samples, respectively. In addition, BPs follicular fluid (FF) concentrations that could exert some paracrine effects ovarian function reproductive health. With increased global production BPs, occupational exposure contamination also increase. This review summarizes what currently known about ovary mechanisms which PBs toxicity, particular focus oogenesis, folliculogenesis, steroidogenesis. Further, this emphasizes influence functions need for further biosafety evaluations.

The structural analogs of bisphenol A (BPA) and their halogenated derivatives (together termed BPs) have been found in the environment, food, even human body. Limited research showed that some them exhibited toxicities were similar to or greater than BPA. Therefore, adverse health effects for BPs expected humans with low-dose exposure early life. Breast milk is an excellent matrix could reflect fetuses' babies' contaminants. Some emerging may present trace ultratrace levels humans. However, existing analytical methods breast cannot quantify these simultaneously high sensitivity using a small sampling weight, which important biomonitoring studies. In this paper, method based on Bond Elut Enhanced Matrix Removal-Lipid purification, pyridine-3-sulfonyl chloride derivatization, liquid chromatography electrospray tandem mass spectrometry was developed. requires only quantity sample (200 μL) allowed simultaneous determination 24 ultrahigh sensitivity. limits quantitation proposed 0.001-0.200 μg L-1, 1-6.7 times lower study analysis 3 g weight. mean recoveries ranged from 86.11% 119.05% relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤ 19.5% (n = 6). within 20% RSD < 10% six different lots samples. successfully applied 20 BPA, F (BPF), S (BPS), AF (BPAF) detected. BPA still dominant BP, followed by BPF. This first report describing occurrence BPF BPAF milk.
