Bisphenol S (BPS) derivatives have recently been reported as new bisphenol A (BPA) or BPS substitutes that occur in thermal paper worldwide. However, little is known about human exposure to these emerging chemicals. In this study, the occurrence of BPA, five commonly used BPA analogues, and a broad suite 10 was investigated breast milk samples from Chinese lactating women. addition seven ten target were identified samples. Total concentrations detectable range 8.45–943 pg/mL, just slightly lower than those analogues (34.5–1420 pg/mL). 2,4′-Bis(hydroxyphenyl)sulfone (2,4-BPS) 4-hydroxyphenyl 4-isoprooxyphenylsulfone most frequently detected derivatives, followed by 4-{[4-(allyloxy)phenyl]sulfonyl}phenol, 4-hydroxy-4′-benzyloxydiphenylsulfone, bis(3-allyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)sulfone. Concentrations 2,4-BPS found be similar milk. If included comprehensive assessment, estimated total daily intakes alternatives via breast-feeding would increase significantly for breast-fed infants but still correspond low health risks. Bisphenol A (BPA) is the most well-known compound from bisphenol family. As BPA has recently come under pressure, it being replaced by compounds very similar in structure, but data on occurrence of these analogues food and human matrices are limited. The main objective this work was to investigate exposure associated health effects. We performed a literature review available research made humans, vivo vitro tests. findings support idea that may have an impact health, especially terms obesity other adverse effects children.
