Bisphenol
S
(BPS)
derivatives
have
recently
been
reported
as
new
bisphenol
A
(BPA)
or
BPS
substitutes
that
occur
in
thermal
paper
worldwide.
However,
little
is
known
about
human
exposure
to
these
emerging
chemicals.
In
this
study,
the
occurrence
of
BPA,
five
commonly
used
BPA
analogues,
and
a
broad
suite
10
was
investigated
breast
milk
samples
from
Chinese
lactating
women.
addition
seven
ten
target
were
identified
samples.
Total
concentrations
detectable
range
8.45–943
pg/mL,
just
slightly
lower
than
those
analogues
(34.5–1420
pg/mL).
2,4′-Bis(hydroxyphenyl)sulfone
(2,4-BPS)
4-hydroxyphenyl
4-isoprooxyphenylsulfone
most
frequently
detected
derivatives,
followed
by
4-{[4-(allyloxy)phenyl]sulfonyl}phenol,
4-hydroxy-4′-benzyloxydiphenylsulfone,
bis(3-allyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)sulfone.
Concentrations
2,4-BPS
found
be
similar
milk.
If
included
comprehensive
assessment,
estimated
total
daily
intakes
alternatives
via
breast-feeding
would
increase
significantly
for
breast-fed
infants
but
still
correspond
low
health
risks.

Bisphenol
A

bisphenol
family.
As
BPA
has
recently
come
under
pressure,
it
being
replaced
by
compounds
very
similar
in
structure,
but
data
on
occurrence
of
these
analogues
food
and
human
matrices
are
limited.
The
main
objective
this
work
was
to
investigate
exposure
associated
health
effects.
We
performed
a
literature
review
available
research
made
humans,
vivo
vitro
tests.
findings
support
idea
that
may
have
an
impact
health,
especially
terms
obesity
other
adverse
effects
children.
