Heat shock proteins are molecular chaperones that play crucial roles in the folding and unfolding of complex polypeptides within cellular system. These molecules involved various processes, including vesicular transport, prevention protein aggregation cytosol, cell signaling. They also linked to autoimmunity, infection immunity, tumor immunology. Stressors like heat shock, exposure heavy metals, cytokines, reactive oxygen species, inflammation, viruses can influence production these molecules. In diseases such as cancer, malaria, COVID-19, considered both biomarkers drug targets. The upregulation small hsp27 major 70/90 has been recognized therapeutic targets for cancer. Additionally, it reported invasion Plasmodium falciparum, causative agent leads hsp40, hsp70, hsp90. This sudden increase is a protective mechanism from human host enhances parasite's growth, making significant malarial presence SARS-CoV-2 virus system correlates with substantial 70 cells. Furthermore, our research group demonstrated hijacks host's proteins, we currently developing tools prevent utilizing review aims highlight role selected refractory diseases, focusing on COVID-19. A fundamental docking study was performed investigate interaction between non-structural chosen molecules, which emphasized this review.

The future trend in achieving precision medicine involves the development of non-invasive cancer biomarker sensors that offer high accuracy, low cost, and time-saving benefits for risk clarification, early detection, disease therapeutic monitoring. A facile approach synthesis MoO3 nanosheets was developed by thermally oxidizing MoS2 air followed thermal annealing. Subsequently, Au@MnO2 nanocomposites were prepared using a combined hydrothermal process situ chemical synthesis. In this study, we present novel immunosensor design strategy involving immobilization antiHSP70 antibodies on Au@MnO2/MoO3 modified screen-printed electrode (SPE) EDC/NHS chemistry. This study establishes HSP70 as potential monitoring response during anticancer therapy. Impedance measurements Au@MnO2/MoO3/SPE EIS showed an increase impedance with concentration. electrochemical demonstrated good linear range 0.001 to 1000 ng mL-1 detection limit 0.17 pg under optimal conditions. Moreover, effective detecting at concentrations lung adenocarcinoma cell line following Paclitaxel treatment, indicating its organ-on-a-chip clinical applications.

Squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) is an important biomarker in the diagnose of cancer, so developing effective methods for its detection great significance. In present work, a novel sandwich-like electrochemical immunosensing assay (STEM) SCCA was constructed by preparing gold nanoparticle/reduced graphene-oxide (Au NPs/rGO) to immobilize primary antibody (PAb) and UIO-66-NH 2 MOFs structure second (SAb) electroactive toluidine blue (Tb) probe. this designed STEM assay, prepared Au NPs/rGO nanohybrid offers advantages large surface area conductivity as carrier, provided ideal platform accommodate SAb number Tb molecules signal amplifier. existence SCCA, current peaks from formed increase with level. After optimizing related control factors, wide linear range (0.01 pg ml −1 15.0 ng ) very low limit (0.003 achieved, it’s thus expected strategy has applications SCCA.
