This paper aims to re-estimate green total factor productivity (GTFP) with the consideration of intangible capital in Chinese provinces between 2003 and 2017. Intangible is broadly defined categorized into computerized information, innovative property economic competency property. The finding suggests that conventional GTFP underestimated especially during post-financial crisis period China. It also found technical efficiency, which shows trend deterioration without capitalizing intangibles, improves steadily jointly technological progress contributing improvement productivity. mismeasurement more severe developed regions China where investment emphasized. Furthermore, regional convergence after incorporated rate turns be faster coastal than interior.

Environmental finance has gained considerable attention globally as an emerging interdisciplinary research area. This study uses bibliometric analysis to systematically review major studies on environmental finance-related areas published since the 1970s. Through a of 892 articles sourced from Web Science database, we identified main streams and illustrated trending themes finance. We find that publications related have increased exponentially over past decade. Current include corporate social responsibility (CSR), climate negotiations, natural gas price volatility, national policy, cost comparisons. Further recent five years literature shows topics finance, sustainable firm value, risk, green bonds. Finally, conclude with future agenda for

China's urban economy has experienced rapid development, but resource and environmental constraints have become increasingly severe. This paper aims to fill this knowledge gap by measuring the GTFP of China’s cities, exploring its sources change, grasping temporal-spatial evolution. Firstly, meta-frontier DDF model is innovatively constructed measure from perspective regional heterogeneity. Then, a new framework for decomposing proposed, which applied assess changes in Chinese cities analysis underlying these changes. On basis, evolution index spatial effects are further explored using Dagum Gini coefficient Markov chains. The research findings as follows: (1) steadily improved exhibits distribution pattern "higher south lower north, higher east west." (2) There significant technological heterogeneity among three major regions China. Green innovative technology main factor that promotes improvement GTFP. (3) differentiation evident shows downward trend reversed "N" shape change. (4) stability different levels with apparent convergence at both low high levels. These provide practical decision-making reference realizing high-quality economic development.

The results show that average growth rate GTFP is 0.58%; main driving force coming technical progress. convergence dual characteristics stages regions, significant σ only exists in central region during 1996–2003. As major contributors to air pollution, enterprises have a growing impact on the environment, which puts public health at risk and requires urgent government intervention. This study constructs environmental attention variable via textual analysis of Chinese work reports from 2004 2017, examines health. We find that local has significant positive Our mechanism suggests governance investment acts as an important mediating channel in transferring Moreover, we is more pronounced Central Western China, low-openness regions, after incorporation performance cadre evaluation system 2006.
