Objective. To identify the most implemented exercises and their prescription, in addition to effects of exercise on mental health adolescents. Methods. A scoping review was performed from search electronic databases: PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Springer, Google Scholar, 23/08/2023 01/01/2024 English, Spanish, Portuguese language, including randomized clinical trial cohort type studies. Results. total 7 articles were included: 57.14% controlled trials, 100% English. The number participants 85,637 aged 12 16 years. Intervention time ranged 8 43 weeks, 2 5 times per week, 1 session day, duration 10 120 minutes. used training Programmed Physical Education followed by High Intensity Interval Training. Conclusions. Exercises such as Education, Training, Moderate Vigorous Activity are included, which show positive increase psychological well-being, quality life a significant decrease anxiety stress symptoms.

Objective As the academic pressure, employment competition and mental health problems faced by college students are becoming more prominent, paying attention to improving quality of life well-being has become an important issue widespread concern in all walks life. This study focuses on correlation between physical activity students’ satisfaction. Methods A cross-sectional survey method was applied 326 students, using Physical Activity Rating Scale, Psychological Resilience Depression-Anxiety-Stress Life Satisfaction Scale. For data analysis, demographic analysis variance, chain mediating effect test were conducted sequentially. Results There significant differences psychological resilience, negative emotions, satisfaction gender, resilience grade level; there correlations among ( r = 0.541, p &lt; 0.001; −0.379, 0.435, 0.001); emotions had effects satisfaction, where significantly stronger than both. Conclusion a this relationship partially mediated emotions.

Bu çalışmada İstanbul ili Sultangazi ilçesinde eğitim gören ergenlerin fiziksel aktif olmaya ilişkin düşünceleri ile yaşam doyumları arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendirilme amaçlanmaktadır. Ayrıca öğrencilerin cinsiyet, sınıf düzeyi ve akademik başarıları doyumu ilişkiye de bakılmıştır. Yaşam her kuşakta önemli bir konudur. Ancak gençlik öncesi geçiş döneminde ayrıca önem arz etmektedir. Ergenlik çağı hem çocukluktan yetişkinlikten ayrılabilen, belirli zorluklar fırsatlar sunan ayrı gelişim aşamasıdır. sağlık refah dönemi olabilse kendini keşfetme bağımsızlığın ortaya çıkmasıyla ilgili özel hassasiyetlerin başlamasıyla bu dönemde zihinsel bozuklukları riskli davranışlarla ilişkili yüksek oranlarda hastalık ölüm oranlarının arttığı bilinmektedir. Son yıllarda problemleri çalışma alanı haline gelmiştir. psikolojik iyi oluşları üzerinde etkili olan bazı faktörler çalışılmıştır. çerçevede belirlenen okullardan 473 öğrenci çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir.
