The mental health of medical students is a key factor for academic performance and the delivery high-quality care in future. Globally, face numerous challenges that can affect their education. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. We analyzed educational from second fifth year Faculty using self-report scales DASS-21 IES-R. A total 776 filled out scale 491 IES-R scale, respectively. Following first war, 62.5, 59.6, 58.8% self-reported signs stress, anxiety, depression, Severe extremely severe depressive symptoms were observed 25.6% students, anxiety 31.9%, stress 29.7%, with higher prevalence among female students. Additionally, 44.2% responders had significant post-traumatic disorder, highest scores hyperarousal subscale (>37). This study aims to evaluate the long-term impact of six-week online mindfulness intervention course "Mindfulness Living With Challenge (MLWC)" on mental health undergraduate nursing students in Beijing, China, through a three-month follow-up.
