Lipids are structurally diverse molecules that play a pivotal role in plethora of biological processes. However, deciphering the roles specific lipids is challenging due to existence numerous isomers. Intake of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) is helpful for cardiometabolic health. It improves lipid metabolism, and increasing PUFA often considered beneficial. This systematic review investigated the effects of exercise interventions combined with diet and/or dietary supplement on anthropometry, body composition, metabolic biomarkers, physical function, healthy lifestyles, quality life, psychosocial variables and fatigue for women breast cancer.
