Abstract Enhancing payload encapsulation stability while enabling controlled drug release are both critical objectives in delivery systems but challenging to reconcile. This study introduces a zwitterionic conjugated electrolyte (CE) molecule named Zwit , which acts as molecular Trojan by mimicking the lipid bilayers. When integrated into liposome membranes, rigidifies bilayer structure likely due its hydrophobic interactions providing structural support, thus inhibiting leakage. Upon 808 nm laser excitation, rapidly accelerates DOX from core, light‐triggered conformational changes or photothermal effects that compromise membrane permeability. These findings demonstrate ’s ability overcome challenge of simultaneously preventing premature leakage and stimuli‐responsive with single component. Additionally, exhibits excellent biocompatibility outperforming quaternary ammonium counterpart commonly used dye indocyanine green ( ICG ). By harnessing NIR‐II emission, enables durable vivo biodistribution tracking nanocarriers, whereas suffers significant In subcutaneous tumor models, synergistic chemotherapy thermotherapy facilitated this system induced potent antitumor immune response, further enhancing anticancer efficacy. work underscores potential membrane‐mimicking CEs multifunctional tools advanced systems.
