The rapid development and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) systems like ChatGPT in the workplace underscores need for a comprehensive understanding their implications on worker productivity, learning, determinants usage. This study elucidates antecedents outcomes using among workers, employing sample size 351 participants across various industries, aged between 20 40. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed analysis, providing robust perspective relationships variables. discovered that perceived self-learning hold significant positive associations with information support knowledge acquisition, both which further influence utilitarian benefits by users, thereby shaping intention to use ChatGPT. Utilitarian were found significantly enhance but did not directly impact its actual ChatGPT, however, positively correlate use. Among demographic factors, gender age identified as influencing use, whereas industry users impact.
