En las últimas décadas, el consumo de fructosa en México se ha incrementado dramáticamente. Este azúcar utiliza como endulzante refrescos, jugos embotellados, cereales, panadería, lácteos y caramelos. Su diario está asociado con desarrollo síndrome metabólico, diabetes, obesidad efectos dañinos cerebro, que alteran apetito, ciclo sueño-vigilia, la neurogénesis, aprendizaje memoria. El objetivo este artículo es describir gran variedad nocivos para salud generados por excesivo fructosa.

Chronic intake of high amounts fructose has been linked to the development metabolic disorders, which attributed almost complete clearance by liver. This article examines the role of uric acid (UA) in cognitive changes and neurodegeneration, focusing on its functions as an antioxidant prooxidant. Research suggests that serum UA levels may be associated with development or delay impairment, especially context neurodegenerative diseases such Alzheimer's disease. It was revealed there is a relationship between level dynamics functions, indicating potential neuroprotective properties UA. Particular attention paid to balance prooxidant UA, which play key protecting neurons from damage. However, research results are not clear-cut, highlighting need for further more fully understand processes.
