Introduction:
Arterial
hypertension
(AH)
coexists

Abstract
Although
stress
is
an
everyday
fact
of
life,
it
can
lead
to
poor
health
outcomes,
particularly
when
intense

prolonged.
However,
humans
have
unique
cognitive
abilities
and
thus
may
be
able
combat
by
engaging
critical
psychological
defence
mechanisms.
In
this
review,
we
discuss
the
field
mind‐body
medicine,
which
focuses
on
improving
our
understanding
mechanisms
underlying
response
developing
interventions
that
might
used
limit
effects
chronic
stress.
We
review
findings
past
current
research
in
has
focused
impact
psychological,
emotional,
behavioural
factors,
including
love,
social
connectedness,
happiness
human
amelioration
pain
as
well
other
signs
symptoms
disease.
While
these
studies
not
yet
led
confirmed,
quantifiable
conclusions,

ABSTRACT
Blunted
cardiovascular
reactivity
(CVR)
is
associated
with
adverse
health
outcomes
such
as
depression,
obesity,
and
increased
carotid
intima‐media
thickness.
Research
indicates
that
significant
negative
life
events
(NLE)

reduced
CVR

issues,

perceptions
