Abstract
Purpose

Выявить
возможное
влияние
вируса
SARS-CoV-2

слуховую
функцию
детей
первого
года
жизни.
Материалы
и
методы.
Проведен
анализ
слуховой
функции
100
детей,
рожденных
от
матерей,
перенесших
COVID-19
во
время
беременности
переболевших
самостоятельно
в
течение
жизни,
а
также
эпикризов
историй
болезни
самих
матерей
их
детей.
Работа
носила
ретроспективно-проспективный
характер
состояла
из
2
этапов.
На
первом
этапе
изучали
выписные
эпикризы
втором
–
проводили
всем
детям
аудиологическое
обследование
методом
слуховых
вызванных
потенциалов,
отоакустической
эмиссии
тимпанометрии.
Полученные
нами
данные
обрабатывали
различными
статистическими
методами
с
применением
кластеризации
основе
искусственной
нейронной
сети
Кохонена
процедуры
жесткой
по
возрасту
момент
обследования
последующим
анализом
получившихся
кластеров.
Результаты.
Анализ
обращения
показал
отсутствие
регистрации
вызванной
у
27
них
10
были
доношенными
17
недоношенными.
У
пациентов,
что
составляет
17%
общего
числа

выявлена
нейросенсорная
тугоухость,
