With the increase in application of solar PV systems, it is great significance to develop and investigate direct current (DC)-powered equipment buildings with flexible operational strategies. A promising piece building integrated PV-powered buildings, DC inverter heat pump systems often operate strategies either focused on power supply side or demand side. In this regard, aim study was strategy a system for an office system. Firstly, fluctuation demand-side load characteristics were analyzed. This research aims to investigate A novel and complete system consists of hybrid renewable energy farm with high-energy-consuming seawater desalination in fourth locations Egypt. paper proposes fuzzy-based multi-criteria decision-making model for optimal sizing a PV/Wind/Storage power the reverse osmosis (RO) process order increase freshwater availability meet electric load requirement selected area. Firstly, according collected data cost electricity (COE) various resources, specific procedures determining design (solar cell, wind turbine parameter storage units) are presented site. The optimization based on finding minimum net present (NPC) feeds demand maintains system's reliability. Secondly, fuzzy analytic hierarchy (FAHP) is implemented select considering ten performance criteria. results show that feasible 16 × 100-kWwind turbines, 4127-kW photovoltaic array, 153 PH245 storages 710-kW converter. has economic values among all criteria least NPC, COE, payback-period (PBP) $9,08,046, 0.091$/kWh 1.1 yr, respectively.
