The work reports the proposed development of laminated carbon fiber-reinforced polymer composites (CFRP), at a uniaxial angle as primary bend clamp material assembly offshore gas lift pipelines. Generally, clamps are utilized to repair defect metallic pipelines due their practical and mechanical strength. existing model poses challenges especially when applied J-tube bending side buckling corrosion. This study evaluates effect CFRP subjected uniform in-plane compression on API 5 L X52. Several tests, including tensile, bend, impact chosen assess multiple thick layers improve clamp's properties. Scanning electronic microscope (SEM) intends reveal surface characterization fiber clamp. result shows that increases durability properties for two weeks. tensile test orientation has highest strength about 2000N is affected by strong interfacial bond between metal layers. high energy 2242 ± 0.001 J same stability under unprecedented dynamic load enhances safety. SEM resistance towards fracture increased was initiated from air pocket in composite.

Abstract This study introduces a high-performance electrode coated with MnO x compounds to enhance the HER reaction. The active and precipitated species facilitate interconnected electron transport throughout Ti electrodes. tailored electrodes exhibited significant reduction in R ct (69.7%), superior C dl (31.6%), notably lower Nyquist ring compared traditional electrodes, confirming their excellent electrocatalytic performance Cl − NaCl production. Additionally, LSV PDP analysis demonstrated that achieved 53.9% decrease Tafel slopes (from 139 mV/decade 64 mV/decade), activity potentials, robust corrosion resistance (99.4%), indicating faster kinetics higher efficiency. High-resolution FESEM contact angle images revealed possess uniform porous networks semi-super hydrophilic function, optimizing H 2 release expanding interfacial area for transfer. Finally, advanced coatings can serve as reliable, cost-effective, efficient candidates use regenerating industries. Moreover, novel /rGO composites are versatile materials used catalysts chemical reactions, effective energy storage devices, sensitive gas sensors, water treatment remove contaminants.
