A novel solar air heater design is proposed in the present study. The new a closed collector – storage system (CCSSAHS) integrated with an internal finned heat exchanger filled PCM. Two identical heaters were manufactured for sake of comparison. first one was RT42, and second RT50. thermal performance studied RT42 RT50, utilizing reflecting mirror; mass flow rate, that is, 0.25, 0.045, 0.065 kg/s; series separation arrangements. For experiments showed at 0.025 kg, mirror, arrangement stored power, charging efficiency, discharged discharging efficiency 1255 W, 90.7%, 420 93.9%, respectively, while RT50 1203 87%, 332 88.1%, respectively. highest temperature difference between exit entrance found kg/s mirror arrangement, 16.8°C. In addition, economic evaluation presented. CCSSAHS can satisfy tremendous industrial domestic needs. exchanger, core component heater, be recycled from damaged condition devices. combines principle recycling clean energy to preserve environment.
