Composting is an important technology used to treat and convert organic waste into value-added products. Recently, several studies have been done investigate the effects of microbial supplementation on composting agro-industrial waste. According these studies, inoculation considered be one suitable methods for enhancing biotransformation materials during process. This review provides up-to-date research findings strategies their role functions in process improvement compost quality. Based this review, addition microorganisms could enhance such as accelerating matter degradation, mineralization enzymes activities, quality end-products high germination index. It notice strategy that sludge’s consortium feasible pilot-scale industrial-scale productions. Besides, it also reduces cost production. The show various positive impact which turn might useful a reference selecting inoculum based type materials.
