increased

-NPs
contamination
escalating
concerns
in
coastal
areas.
To
understand
potential
impact
of

14-day
exposure
and
7-day
brief
recovery.

differentially
expressed
genes

analyses

demonstrated
substantial
enrichments
functions
related

(KEGG)
pathways
indicated
enrichment
several
pathways,
including
“ubiquitin-mediated
protein
hydrolysis”,
“ECM-receptor
interactions”,
“NOD-like
receptor
signaling
pathway”,
“Toll-like
receptor”,
“FOXO
pathway”.
This
suggests
that
intensifies
oxidative
stress
apoptosis
pearls
oysters,
leading
negative
effects
such
as
disrupted
homeostasis,
decreased
biomineralization
activity,
reduced
neuronal
excitability,
weakened
immune
response,
cellular
metabolism.

Abstract
In
vitro
cell
culture

lines.

characterized

schrenckii
liver
tissue
(ASL).
