Abstract
Selenium
plays
a
crucial
role
in
vital
physiological
processes
for
fish,
by
involved
many
of
cellular
metabolism
and
increase
the
growth
performance
health
status
fish.
Nano-selenium
(nano-Se)
has
been
shown
to
promote
fish
more
than
other
traditional
inorganic
Se
forms.
Additionally,
increased
capacity
absorb
various
nutrients,
provided
protection
from
pathogens.
In
general,
growth,
hematological,
biochemical
immune
characteristics
improved
with
incorporation
dietary
selenium.
When
fed
small
amounts,
can
also
function
as
an
antioxidant.
There
is
need
research
on
use
supplement
diets
aquatic
species
since
there
are
few
variables
that
could
affect
levels
make
it
difficult
estimate
its
required
levels.
The
actual
bioavailability
nanoparticles
needs
be
determined.
This
review
have
tried
evaluate
draw
conclusions
about
advantages
forms
potential
application

different
biological
functions.

ABSTRACT
Currently,
nanotechnology
(NT)
and
nanoparticles
(NPs)
have
gained
significant
attention
in
the
scientific
field
due
to
their
diverse
application
history.
Particularly,
environmental
applications,
antibacterial
efficiency
fisheries
resistance.
However,
NPs
been
found
toxic
environment.
Therefore,
current
study
aimed
fabricate
less
using
environmentally
dried
leaves
check
efficacy
possible
toxicity
against
grass
carp.
The
findings
confirmed
good
dispersity
of
obtained
AgNPs,
which
further
showed
promising
activity
several
bacterial
isolates
including
Staphylococcus
with
a
zone
inhibition
(23.73
±
0.57
nm).
Also,
AgNPs
were
exposed
carp
(
Ctenopharyngodon
idella
)
for
effects.
First,
bioaccumulation
was
significantly
observed
gills
followed
by
intestines
muscles
p
<
0.05).
Finally,
mainly
accumulate
liver,
intestine,
gills,
muscles.
Additionally,
deposition
various
organs
resulted
histological
alteration
such
as
necrosis
infiltration
red
blood
cells
intestine
fusion
gill
lamella.
Hence,
synthesized
leaf
extract
could
be
approach
applied
science.
features
present
work
green
synthesis
can
help
synthesizing
materials.
