Alzheimer's disease (AD) involves a complex pathophysiology with multiple interconnected subpathologies, including protein aggregation, impaired neurotransmission, oxidative stress, and microglia-mediated neuroinflammation. Background: Gardnerella vaginalis is a natural inhabitant of the vagina, but when an imbalance occurs in vaginal microbiota, this bacterium can cause vaginosis, condition that must be treated symptomatic and prior to gynecological intervention. Cannabidiol (CBD) anti-inflammatory compound also has antibacterial activities against several Gram-positive certain Gram-negative bacteria. Introdução: Dentre as principais DNs pode-se citar a Doença de Alzheimer, Parkinson, Coreia Huntington, Esclerose Múltipla e Lateral Amiotrófica, todas elas progressivas relacionadas à idade fatores risco como nutrição, infecção, stress oxidativo associadas perda e/ou disfunção neurônios em diferentes regiões do encéfalo. Assim, com milhões pessoas sendo afetadas declínio cognitivo, motora outros sinais sintomas neurológicos, o manejo das doenças esboça um impacto direto no bem-estar dos pacientes seus familiares, constando grande fardo social, salutar econômico, uma vez que exige ampla necessidade cuidados paliativos. À vista disso, diversos estudos foram conduzidos nas últimas décadas acerca uso canabinóides sua relação fitoterapia. Objetivo: Este estudo tem objetivo principal realizar análise atuais sobre Cannabis derivados na terapêutica amplo leque neurodegenerativas, fim verificar real eficácia nível segurança. Métodos: Foi realizada busca bases dados MEDLINE, LILACS SciELO. Na fase identificação, utilizando-se os descritores, encontrados 76 artigos, não duplicados. Sendo assim, tendo base critérios inclusão, filtrados artigos publicados entre Janeiro 2014 Julho 2024, totalizando 66 artigos. Ainda elegibilidade, verificando tema focal da pesquisa, foi excluído 1 artigo estava incompleto. Ao final, selecionados 65 científicos revisões literatura relatos pesquisa. Discussão:Apesar promessas terapêuticas derivados, pesquisa aplicação neurodegenerativas ainda enfrenta várias limitações precisam ser abordadas para consolidar seu clínico. Uma preocupações é variabilidade dosagem formulação produtos utilizados nos estudos, dificulta comparação direta resultados. Além legislação medicinal varia significativamente países, impactando disponibilidade aceitação desses tratamentos. Ademais, maioria ensaios clínicos realizados até agora apresenta tamanhos amostra pequenos períodos acompanhamento relativamente curtos, limita capacidade generalizar achados avaliar efeitos longo prazo. A heterogeneidade desenhos populações também contribui inconsistência É essencial tratamentos sejam acompanhados perto por profissionais saúde garantir benefícios superem riscos, crucial continuar investigação entender completamente mecanismos ação, riscos associados, garantindo baseados evidências robustas seguras.
