Understanding Factors Influencing Whole-Process Consulting Service Quality: Based on a Mixed Research Method

To address the fragmentation in engineering consulting industry, whole-process (WPC) has undergone rapid development China. Engineering companies are actively transitioning towards WPC and aiming to enhance service quality (WPCSQ). However, research on WPCSQ its influencing factors is still lacking. This paper adopts a mixed approach combining qualitative quantitative methods. Initially, grounded theory (GT) method used determine of WPCSQ, TEOK model constructed. Then, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) utilized for validation. The results show that most affected by knowledge management least organizational factors. Based above analyses, recommendations improving provided from viewpoints governments. These suggestions aimed at fostering healthy sustainable progression WPC.

Wastewater Management Strategies in Rural Communities Using Constructed Wetlands: The Role of Community Participation

The lack of access to centralized technologies and economic resources in rural communities makes wastewater management a critical challenge. Decentralized systems such as constructed wetlands offer sustainable solutions by leveraging natural processes for effluent treatment. However, their success sustainability require active community participation. Currently, there is little evidence involvement the implementation, maintenance, wetlands. Existing strategies collaboration environmental sanitation projects were analyzed through literature review covering research conducted last 20 years. Only peer-reviewed English Spanish was considered. Based on findings, triple helix model integrating academia, government, society proposed, compiling most functional from initial awareness raising maintenance dissemination.
